About Seajay

Seajay started in Shanghai, China as a one person consultancy focused on assisting

US companies locate and source quality cabling and electronics assemblies. As the

team grew, it diversified into other areas, specifically the audio industry.

In 2008, it was decided that to properly grow the company, an International base was

required. Seajay Limited was founded in 2008 as a registered Hong Kong limited

liability company. This enabled the company to expand its reach into many more

markets due to the strength of Hong Kong being an internationally recognized

business and financial hub and major shipping port.

In 2020, Seajay formally organized in the United States and relocated its offices to the

Ventura, California area. Seajay still maintains its Hong Kong and Shanghai

presence, making it a true, International corporation. This unique expansion allows us

to seamlessly function throughout Asia and North America in any business capacity.

Along the way, Seajay has built several strategic relationships with key vendors in a

variety of industries, and leverages its large and diverse client base to expand the

capabilities of its vendors as well as consistently improve their processes including

ISO level certifications.
